Pooling votes
You cannot transfer steempower, but would it be possible to implement a feature that allows to lend portion of it to another account? So if you had lots of power but not much time, rather than using bots to vote for you for example, you could allocate your power to a party like the @robinhoodwhale. and once you'd pull your steempower out you'd get portion of the potential rewards.
As a small fish my vote doesn't count for much, so maybe it would be making more difference in a pool with a specific cause i like.
You could still upvote as a gesture while having all your power lended over.
I just read it wont matter, soon the max votes that will even count are the first 5. so you really have to make sure your vote on the ones you think are the best.
im not sure if i understand. even if i had only one vote with power i might be interested to use it within a collective instead of it going to vapor. ofc there are atleast few ways this could go wrong
