I had no idea that the post "payout" amount fluctuated based on the market value of Steem currently. So I guess if Steem stays high up as it is now, post values will begin to increase if I understand correctly?
Exactly!!
The longer it stays up near this $5 level, the higher the increase well see. It's the shorter spikes that go back down that we don't see as much of an effect from since it's the 3.5 day average.
