It's very true, you need to work hard and keep on posting, upvoting and commenting to progress. It's also good to look at the Hot and Trending lists and see what the top paid posters are posting - I don't mean copy just look at the style - lots of texts, lots of pictures to draw people in and want them to come back again and again. Build and audience, give them something to want to come back for - drag them back regularly with series posts - regular posts on a common subject.
