With my pleasure join this adorable contest. At this moment, I would like to share some of recipes which one I cook more a week ago. Let me tell you this is only my creation.

Jazz, I am over the moon to explore myself when I make a friend with my mates, chopping board, knife, spatula, frying pan and so on. I cooked savory food, ”Sauteed Cauliflowers mix Carrots & unripe Gnetum gnemon leaves“ with spice herbs.

Without any further ado, let me share the recipes :

I purchased all of the ingredients to make “Sauteed Cauliflowers mix Carrots & unripe Gnetum gnemon leaves“ at The Greengrocer & Fish Shop what3words.com at Ngebong Street, Banjarejo, Madiun City, East Java

First time I clean then chopped cauliflowers then wash it with flow water in the sink. I wash it while reciting basmallah & Sholawat till three times.

I use the big bowl plastic strainer so that the trash from the cauliflowers and flow also with the water. I soaked the cauliflowers with the water & I sprinkle with a lot of salt to kill the bacteries & pesticide on it.

Afterwards I prepared some spice herbs. I meant I clean it. There are chili, cayenne pepper, shallots, garlics, ginger, lemongrass, tomatoes, bay leaves. I do the same things like what I did last time to the cauliflowers. I washed it with the water flow three times. I prefer to use spice herbs when I am cooking in my kitchen as I knew besides healthy, the aroma of spice herbs also could make our cooking is savory. Unfortunately I forgot to take some pictures when I was cleaning the spice herbs. My bad.

I clean the chopping board plus knife and start minced the garlics, sliced the shallots, sliced chili & cayenne peppers, chopped the tomatoes, crush the ginger and lemongrass. I peel the carrots and washed it also with the water flow. I julienne the carrots on the cutting board. I clean Gnetum gnemon leaves and washed it with the same way like carrots last time.

Several minutes later I heat the oil into the frying pan. Sure, I turn on the gas stove first with medium flame. To begin with put minced garlic & sliced shallots on the frying pan. I mixed it will till a half golden brown. Next I put bay leaves, crushed lemongrass & ginger, chili, cayenne pepper and stir it well.

Last but not least, I put chopped tomatoes into the frying pan & smashed it with the spatula on the frying pan. I took cook hand gloves and tried to hold the frying pan meanwhile smashed the tomatoes on the frying pan. A few minutes later I pour 500 ml water and mixed it well. I let the water with the spice herbs seasoning till boiled.

I throw the water in the cauliflowers which one I have already soaked last time with the sprinkle salt. I washed it again then put it little by little on the frying pan. I blend it well with the spice herbs.

Approximately five minutes later, I put the julienne carrots and mixed it well again. Last but not least, I put Gnetum gnemon leaves and mixed it well. I sprinkle a little salt, sugar & blend it. I pour the oyster sauce & fish sauce and stir it well again. I let the water till just a little on those veggies.

Approximately two minutes later I put the julienne carrots and mixed it well also with the cauliflowers plus spice herbs

Last but not least, I put Gnetum gnemon leaves afterwards mixed it well with the spice herbs & some veggies

Hmmm, Alhamdulillah several minutes later “Sauteed Cauliflowers mix Carrots & unripe Gnetum gnemon leaves“ already cooked. No doubt, I am on the cloud nine to get lunch today.

Alhamdulillah only for a few hours, my cooking, “Sauteed Cauliflowers mix Carrots & unripe Gnetum gnemon leaves“ already run out. My friends love it.

Let me inform you that “Sauteed Cauliflowers mix Carrots & unripe Gnetum gnemon leaves“ is healthy food, indeed. Yep, due to the fact that there are carrots, cauliflowers, unripe Gnetum gnemon leaves plus the spice herbs.

What a healthy & tasty food, Sauteed Cauliflowers mix Carrots & unripe Gnetum gnemon leaves. Alhamdulillah my mates extremely loves our yummy menu today

I assume everybody knew that carrots good for our eyes & brain health, too. In other hands carrots also good to avoid cancer, avoid us from the risk of heart disease, able to control our weight and so on. Cauliflowers also one of the veggies which one rich of fiber, reduces our inflammation, natural detox, able to manage our weight, low carb and so forth. Furthermore unripe Gnetum gnemon leaves good for antibacterial, antioxidant, able to produce hemoglobin, can minimaze anemia and control our blood sugar and etcetera. No wonder, besides delicious, Sauteed Cauliflowers mix Carrots & unripe Gnetum gnemon leaves gave us a lot of advantages for our body & health.

Menu sayur yang sangat lezat dan bermanfaat untuk kesehatan tubuh,saya suka brokoli tapi kurang suka wartel kalau untuk masakan hehe.
