How to Repair LED Light | Replace Driver Circuit & SMD LED Chip | Easy Electronics Repair.

How are you all? I hope everyone is well and healthy by the grace of God. Today I will share with you how to repair cheap LED lights on the market.

A person in my area gave me three LED lights yesterday to repair. And the number of likes that person gave me was bought from a hawker in our area, and these are very low quality; one time, they sold them to people at a very low price and stole money, and users cannot use the LED lights for a long time. I will share with you how to repair such an LED light that you will not be able to imagine how much people spend. So let's see step by step.

Step -01

Now the LED light that you see in my hand is basically a low-quality light from hawkers, but if you look at it from above, you will not understand what is inside it, so let's open it and see what fittings are used inside it.

Step -02

Now you can see that I have removed the white body cover of the LED light, and the inner part has come out. Here you can see an SMD LED chip with some ICs on it. This is basically the cheapest and lowest-quality LED chip on the market.

Step -03

Now you can see here that I have taken an LED SMD chip and an LED driver circuit whose market price is 30 taka.

Step -04

First I replaced the LED driver circuit inside the body cover of the LED light and connected the pin to the 220-volt input connection with a pin holder.

Step -05

Now you can see that after replacing the LED driver circuit inside, I replaced an LED chip with the header that is on the top with the heat sink, which I have soldered with 20 wires.

Step -06

Now you can see that before fitting the LED driver circuit and LED chip again, I checked it through the series line with 220 volts AC input voltage, and it is lighting again. Now it is my turn to do the fitting.

Step -07

Now you can see that I have done the complete fitting, installed the heatsink inside and modified two screws with the LED chip.

Step -08

Now you can see in my hand a completely modified driver circuit and LED chip, which has been given a new life by installing an LED light. It will now be serviced with a 6-month guarantee from the previous hawkers.

Step -09

After fitting the complete body, I tested the LED again through the series line. You can see that it gives very beautiful light, and it has now lasted a long time.

Step -10

The LED chips that you can see in my hand now are products of different quality. The Chinese provide products in the market and then produce some products for the hawkers so that they can sell them in the market by fitting lights for 100 rupees and 50 rupees and cheat the common people. These lights get damaged within a maximum of one month to 15 days, so I will tell everyone by making a decision that you should never buy lights from hawkers but buy good lights from the market after seeing them.
