Two days ago, there was a sudden accident inside our mill, but it is nothing to be surprised about. No workers were harmed, and no goods were harmed. Such an incident has never happened in our company. I was surprised to hear about it, and everyone who hears about it is surprised. The matter is that the Pioneer Company's crane broke in the middle of the wire drum while it was running. The wire that carries the goods through the crane broke right in the middle of the wire drum. However, there were no workers below at the time. Unfortunately, the production situation is not good at the end of the month, and the crane has stopped. So, on an urgent basis, an MS pipe of that size has been purchased from the market today. The weight of this pipe is 530 kg. After bringing the pipe, it was brought to our company's workshop, and the workshop manager, Md. Kalam was informed. The dressing work needs to be completed as soon as possible. I went there and visited it and gave it a good inspection, and took a picture.

This picture may seem a bit scary to you. I get scared when I get close to it. But the workers are producing in this high temperature. This is basically my re-heating furnace, heated by gas, and the billet is produced through automation. Here, TMT bar production is done from billet automatically without any manual touch. I don't go here unless it is a special emergency. I went here because I was near the workshop. So, I took a picture on my mobile.

After visiting the mill, our company's former panel engineer and crane specialist, Md. Hasan is coming to our mill today. He is working on the MS pipe of the crane, and our company's foreman was with him. It was very hot today; juice is available at a shop next to our mill. So the three of us went out. When we went to the shop, we saw that there were a lot of good-quality papayas. So, we ordered three glasses of juice for the three of us. I asked for light ice. I don't usually drink juice outside like this. I feel so good after eating today. I want to have another glass. I really feel full.

He used to work in our company, but now he doesn't work in our mill. Now he owns a huge workshop. If there is any problem in our mill, he is sent to his workshop. For a long time, he has been asking me to go to his workshop, but I can't go because I am busy. Today, he has been requesting me to go a lot. I thought he was requesting me so much. I went around a bit. After going to his workshop, I saw that he doesn't just work on our mill. He works for an 8/10 mill company and is doing much better than before. I went with the foreman of our mill.
