There was a bug in the code, leading to messed up result for newly added witness. Please ignore the result for @kouba01(this witness didn't missed a block during the observation period).
The bug is fixed, so hopefully the next post will show correct results.
May I assume that if a witness is not mentioned no blocks are missed?
Yes. This post is supposed to show only those witnesses who missed at least on block.
