Any react/redux devs experienced with react-intl? Looking for guidance/advice.
I've started localizing Vessel to support multiple languages, since that was the first thing requested.
Right now I'm using react-intl
, react-intl-redux
, and babel-plugin-react-intl
, and have hooks on rehydrate and in the action to change preferences to set the user's desired locale. The code I implemented feels messy though and could use some improvement.
Being relatively new to react/redux - looking to see if anyone would be willing to take a look at what I've done so far and offer some criticism or advice on how best to improve it.
Feel free to join in on the github issue, make a pull request to the i18n
branch, or just discuss it here with me on chainBB's dev forum!
@jesta I just forked your project, I have plenty experience on JS, reactjs, etc. Im always looking for some open sources projects to help. Will take a look tomorrow, if you have any simple task to do create the issue and assign it to me, my github is AugustoL
Sounds great, I welcome the help! I hope Vessel can become a project that a bunch of us can team up on.
First pull request created https://github.com/aaroncox/vessel/pull/3 , very small change, but was the first thing that came to my head when I created new keys.
Awesome, good addition! The UX on the key generation part is still incredibly rough :)
Will have a look tomorrow..
Thanks I appreciate it. My time is so divided between projects it's been hard to take time to wrap my head around new concepts :)
Totally understand that, sitting in the same boat.
I'll ping you on the chat..
I am not a tech guy so I never understand all this stuff LOL, so instead I will just say thank you again for all your hard work and have a great day @jesta!
(:
Nice info. @jesta you have good reputation on steemit :)
