And it's a great way to raise the awareness of the influence of parents' behavior on their kids.
However, I believe that the schema we developed isn't something that can't be fixed. All we need is to change our thought pattern (not easy) and our environment (easier) enough to reshape a new belief system.
And of course, the first step is again—awareness. Keep up the great work!
Thank you @deanyeong . Yes you are right. We can't change our schemas but it's good to know about them because when we parent our kids from a "self-awareness" point of view we will have more empathy and be better equipped to meet their core emotional needs.
