COME AND DRAW CONTEST Week #7. Super Villain [Scander Scarbosy] Evilcrat entry
Scander Scarbosy, the Critteria Evilcrat Villain conjures other evil souls to do his deeds. He's a mastermind, looking to harness the power of all mutant crittercrats so that he may become the only evil supreme being. So far his plan is falling short and crittercrats are still living a pleasant life.
He is vicious and soulless and his evil ways always show without mercy or feelings to anyone.
He's very powerful and sucks the living souls out of his victims making him even more mighty. The dead souls staff is where victims souls reside. It is a purgatory nightmare for any one that would die in his evil hands.
