Steem Cartoon : Creating Zombie Apocalypse
First Great News of 2018
Many thanks to the lovely lady that has nominated me for @sndbox. Today was the best news I had to start my 2018. It began with a BANG! A good bang it is...looks like I am in a better position to do something for the community that I am in.
Here, I would like to teach some colouring tricks. I am a colorist by the way.
The image when first obtained to be coloured, the layers has to be flattened.
Create a new layer and use the grayscale on the new layer.
From the layer you can do a direct painting.
Change the grayscale colour by using the brush that has overlay, screen and gradient map.
Improve the picture by adjusting the lighting and shadow on each object by using layer overlay.
Here you go...this is a very quick version to get a top notch result by using colouring technique.

it's interesting to see that you work from grayscale to color. I think many digital artists do that.. I should try this method for my next painting. Great work & tutorial.
