Steem-bounty. What it is, and why is this good ?

What is Steem Bounty ?
Steem Bounty is a system that allows people to put a reward system into commenting.
For example if someone creates a post with a question inside it. People can answer the question and be rewarded pure SBD or STEEM for it.

How does Steem Bounty work ?
Any comment made under a post where there is bounty set is eligable for recieving a piece of that bounty.

The bounty is separated into two parts:

80% of the bounty is distributed according to the votes from the bounty creator. If the creator votes for more than one comments the relative %-age of the vote determines the distribution. In other words, bounty creators vote with their %-age sliders. This is to allow the bounty creator to disperse most of the bounty and give him or her a very simple way to select how much to give to each contributor.
20% or the rest of the bounty is determined by votes of everyone else that voted on the comments. The weight of each vote is hereby determined via the "rshares" or the effective vote values as they are displayed by steemit (those $ amounts you see next to the votes).

If only the bounty creator fails to vote, the community votes determine the entire bounty and vice versa. If no votes exist the bounty will be re-funded.

How to create a bounty ?
All you have to do is to send ANY amount of SBD/STEEM to @steem-bounty with the post link as the memo

How do you receive the money ?
Bounties are paid out at the same time as the post gets paid out.
People who have got an upvote at least worth over $0.001 to their comments, will get a split of the bounty.
The more upvote money a comment has the bigger split it will get.
@steem-bounty sends the SBD/STEEM straight to your account.
Also under the post @steem-bounty will make a comment showing how much everyone got from who (Community or Creator).

Why is Steem Bounty good ?
To help smaller accounts grow by commenting.
and to pressure people into making better comments instead of these spamming "Great post" comments.
