Dear @prince121, thank you for the bounty, this time is important for us as members of @steem-bounty family to keep going on even the HF20 limited a lot our operational condition. Anyway as you asked on your post, i guess MANCHESTER CITY this year will win the Premier League, i do not see others can stop them, they are even the most probably winner of UCL in the odds of betting site.
Guardiola is a guru of soccer and they will win with some difficults of course but finally they have the best team and best trainer....

I'm pretty confident on liverpool because they came so close last year and they've not lost any of those players who did the business for them. They added where they needed to with a goalkeeper, a left back and 3 more midfileders and once Oxlade comes back they have another option
They also have danny back to pick up some slack, while Salah recovers to full form. I think they have one of the strongest teams in the EPL at the moment with great depth and for city to defend the title its going to be tough. This years is really liverpools title to lose to be honest
