First and foremost, thank you for this great piece, you've helped introduce the director of Steemit.inc. to many people. Now, people who doesn't know her will definitely know her through this post.

Personally, I think the Steemit team are doing a fantastic job, however I think they should step up their game at marketing and collaboration. There are various initiatives or projects that will bring in more collaboration and lure investors to the platform. In my own personal opinion, I think creating or developing Dapps will draw more people and investors to the ecosystem, for instance we don't have a DEX, creating or developing a DEX that allows users to bridge, swap and also participate in liquidity farming/staking using the STEEM token as fee will help increase the demand for Steem thereby increasing the value.

I also love the concept of using Steem as a payment method; especially on Binance one of the top crypto exchange in the world. I believe all this will help grow and move the Steem blockchain to places.
