Know the Figure of Managing Director & CEO of Steemit

A little flashback about how the Steemit team is trying to grow and get out of survival mode. A mission is planned to build and make Steemit grow. Even though in difficult times when 4 years ago, almost 70% of Steemit staff were laid off, a new team was formed to save Steemit.
@andrarchy mentioned in his release via YouTube as a transition method from "survive mode" to "thrive mode. The team involved at that time kept trying to save Steem. Until we can enjoy Steemit which is still running today. At that time the Steemit team was actively carrying out promotions and marketing, maybe it looked different from now.
Promotion and marketing have been very intense in the past, in the crypto and blockchain industry, steem is very familiar and is able to penetrate more than 400 Dapps built by adopting the Steem blockchain network. Now is probably the time when they only focus on defense to protect the ecosystem and make Steemit.com a reliable social lifestyle DApp. Steemit has been familiar from the moment it was created and 4 years ago was the pinnacle of growth in real terms with the mass adoption of the Steem blockchain network.
Even 3 years ago, Steem became one of the accepted payment methods through the paycent.com project. Users can transact to buy Gold and Silver with payments using Steem. It was a very great achievement at that time, Steem was entered as accepted as a means of payment and it was a real part of the lifestyle and finances that had been implemented.
In this case, I found a woman who inspired me in a video that was uploaded to YouTube. This person has been involved in maintaining Steem it and we can use it until now and block continues. Four years ago when I came across this video on youtube, it was the first time I came to know Elizabeth Powell.
On Steemit.com, this beautiful and genius woman has the ID @elipowell, in the past I often stalked them. When the Steemit Inc company reduced Steemit's staff by 70%, Elizabeth Powell was appointed directly by Ned Scott as Managing Director of Steemit. An important position in managing to build and develop Steemit.

If you don't know Elizabeth Powell, you can look at https://steemitwallet.com/about.html and find a woman holding a Steem silver coin. Even in 2020 his name is often published in online newspapers and major media such as https://cointelegraph.com and https://www.coindesk.com. According to what I know, since 2019 Elizabeth Powell is the Managing Director & CEO of Steemit.

Team leadership, business growth and community service. Lists of companies he has worked for since May 1996 are also clearly visible on his social media profile on Linkedin with the username Elizabeth-Powell. A biography that really inspires me.
The existence of this woman has maintained and developed Steemit's existence as a popular social media blockchain ranked 8th and 80th in general for now based on data information from https://dappradar.com/steem/social/steemit. In the last 24 hours, we can see around 2K Unique Active Wallet with 8.77K transactions taking place. That is a very large number in the growth of the Steemit ecosystem compared to 2020, 2021, 2022 then.
Through this post I hope that the Steemit team will continue to carry out marketing and collaboration within the blockchain and crypto industry to bring Steem as a multifunctional real life asset. I also hope that the Steem ecosystem will further grow by providing support and opportunities to developers and DApps that are running on the Steem blockchain. Then I also hope that Steem will enter as a payment method on the Binance Marketplace.
Steem for a better future and will provide direct and real utility for our lives with promotions, cooperation and collaboration in building the Steem ecosystem.

First and foremost, thank you for this great piece, you've helped introduce the director of Steemit.inc. to many people. Now, people who doesn't know her will definitely know her through this post.
Personally, I think the Steemit team are doing a fantastic job, however I think they should step up their game at marketing and collaboration. There are various initiatives or projects that will bring in more collaboration and lure investors to the platform. In my own personal opinion, I think creating or developing Dapps will draw more people and investors to the ecosystem, for instance we don't have a DEX, creating or developing a DEX that allows users to bridge, swap and also participate in liquidity farming/staking using the STEEM token as fee will help increase the demand for Steem thereby increasing the value.
I also love the concept of using Steem as a payment method; especially on Binance one of the top crypto exchange in the world. I believe all this will help grow and move the Steem blockchain to places.
