Then how do the Republicans control the House, Senate and White House? that's 100%

The Majority of State Legislators, and Govenors are republican. That's less then 50%!

Yet there are 20% more of the population are democrats vs. Republicans.

The dems don't win because of quirks in the electoral processes, and the Republicans suppression of the vote techniques (legal and alot of illegal), which by the way includes obfuscation of what they are doing,

The Proof of this is because whenever a member of their electorate figures it out they go 1 of 3 ways:

1. those with morales quit the party
2. those that are delusional stay because they are single issue voters
3. The rest are morally bereft and buy right into what they do.
