From Time To Time

Nothing like having a good steak from time to time. There are a few different cuts, my favorite is the NY Strip and the Porter House. Sometimes I go with the Skirt, with roasted potatoes and a nice ice cold beer. I really enjoy grilling steak on the bbq. I like it cooked medium. When the weather gets a little warmer, I'd like to try some steaks in the smoker. There are plenty of recipes for smoking beef.
