Matt Cheng is the founder and managing partner of Cherubic Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm based in San Francisco Bay Area, Beijing and Taipei. Matt Cheng was the founding member and Chief Strategy Officer(CSO) at Tian Ge Interactive (1980:HK), China’s largest live social video platform. Matt has been selected as China’s “Top 40 under 40” list from 2013–2016 by Cyzone and top 20 early stage investor in China by China Ventures. Matt was a top-ranked ITF world junior tennis player.

Hyunseok Oh is the Managing Partner of Deblock, Blockchain startup accelerator that founded to invest in blockchain startup and project which STAYGE also participate in. Hyunseok Oh is currently the Chief Acceleration Officer of AD4th and weBloc. He was the Corporate Venture Capital of GS SHOP and the former Manager as a New business develop and a Software Engineer of LG Electronics.
