１. How would you describe STAYGE project in one sentence?

STAYGE 프로젝트를 한 마디로 정의한다면 어떻게 정의할 수 있을까요?
STAYGE is a vertical blockchain platform for the entertainment industry based on the incentivized fan community. STAYGE makes an ecosystem where Fan-Artist-Service provider can co-create.
STAYGE는 엔터테인먼트 산업에 특화된 블록체인 플랫폼입니다. 인센티브 시스템이 도입된 팬 커뮤니티를 기반으로 팬들의 활동을 암호화폐(토큰)로 보상함으로써 팬-아티스트-서비스 제공자가 모두 상생할 수 있는 생태계를 만듭니다.

２. Are there any similar projects to the STAYGE project?

STAYGE 프로젝트와 유사한 다른 프로젝트가 있나요?
There are KStarcoin, Fanship, GCOX, Ent Cash, and Fanstime.
We can divide the category into three large groups,
① Projects that tokenize the fandom (ex. Kstarcoin)
② Projects that tokenize the artists/celebrities (ex. Ent Cash)
③ Projects that related to the copyrights and IP (ex. Fanstime)
Kstarcoin rewards token to whom contribute to Kstarlive website's traffic, Ent cash is also known as T-ara Coin(one of the K-pop artists). Fanstime is the copyright blockchain projects that for artist and producers.

KStarcoin은 Kstarlive 웹사이트의 트래픽에 도움을 주면 코인을 주는 프로젝트이고, Ent Cash는 티아라 코인으로도 알려져 있습니다. 그리고 Fanstime은 아티스트와 제작자를 위한 콘텐츠 유통, 저작권 블록체인 프로젝트입니다.

３. What's the difference between STAYGE?

그렇다면, STAYGE 프로젝트의 차별점은 무엇인가요?

First of all, STAYGE doesn't tokenize artists and celebrities itself, we tokenize the fan activities. Therefore not only K-pop artists but also everything that has the fandom, for the example character and brands, can participate in STAYGE Network. We reward fan activities that happened outside of STAYGE Networks such as Instagram or Facebook posting through the verification. We also use a dual token model to ensure the independent governance of each community. The strength of STAYGE is that we make partnerships with not only Entertainment companies but also blockchain, game, E-commerce companies to make the various network.

STAYGE는 일단 아티스트/스타 그 자체를 토큰화하지 않고, 팬 활동을 토큰화합니다. 그렇기 때문에 K-pop 아티스트부터 시작해서 결과적으로는 팬덤이 있는 모든 것(캐릭터, 브랜드 등)이 STAYGE Network에 참여할 수 있게 됩니다.
또한, STAYGE는 STAYGE Network 내에서가 아닌 다른 SNS채널에서 했던 외부 활동들도 인증절차를 거치면 보상한다는 점, 듀얼 토큰 모델을 통해 커뮤니티별 독립적 거버넌스를 보장한다는 점, 엔터테인먼트 회사뿐만 아니라 블록체인, 게임, E-commerce 회사 등과의 파트너십을 통해 다양한 네트워크를 구축해가고 있다는 점이 강점입니다.

６. Office day of Hailey from STAYGE (Head of Marketing of STAYGE)

STAGE 이해인님의 하루를 설명해 주세요.

When I first come to the office, I write down the "to do list". Many tasks are done with the computer but I always hand write this. (Still living with analog feelings) and then I start working on the incoming business inquiries from the artists using STAYGE service. I realize again how hot the K-pop culture is by looking at business inquiries coming from all over the world. I also welcome new members of telegram chat rooms and are always on hand to answer incoming questions instantly.

오전에 출근하면, 먼저 오늘 해야 할 일들을 작성합니다. 많은 것들을 컴퓨터로 대신하지만, 이 업무는 꼭 손으로 적습니다. (아직은 아날로그 감성이 남아있어요✍️) 그리고 STAYGE 서비스를 사용하는 아티스트에게 들어온 Business inquiry를 처리합니다. 미국, 유럽, 브라질, 아르헨티나, 카자흐스탄 각국에서 들어오는 비즈니스 문의 건들을 보면서 K-pop 아티스트들의 위상을 실감해요. 텔레그램에도 새로 들어온 멤버분들을 환영하고, 들어오는 질문들에 즉각적으로 대답할 수 있도록 항상 켜두고 있습니다.

I am in charge of ICO business communication, and marketing of fan community for STAYGE. I am also in charge of writing texts such as blogs, newsletters, etc. that are published under the name STAYGE as the press release. I am also involved in fieldwork such as attending conferences and partner company meetings.
저는 ICO 업무 관련 커뮤니케이션, 팬 커뮤니티 STAYGE의 마케팅 업무를 맡아서 하고 있습니다. 보도자료 작성부터 STAYGE 이름으로 게시되는 블로그, 뉴스레터 등의 텍스트 작성을 도맡아 하고 있구요. 컨퍼런스 참석과 파트너사 미팅 등의 현장 업무도 함께 하고 있습니다.

These days, I am running a page for the Kpop fans on Facebook and Instagram and trust me, it is not easy. I recently participated in the voice recording of the STAYGE tutorial video and it was awkward to listen to my own voice!
요즘은 페이스북과 인스타에 아이돌 팬 대상 페이지를 새로 운영 중인데, 쉽지 않아 애를 먹고 있습니다. 또 얼마 전에 STAYGE 튜토리얼 영상의 음성녹음에 참여했는데 제 목소리지만 10초 이상 듣다 보면 소름이 돋더라는.. 정말 이것저것 열심히 일하고 있습니다!
