As I mentioned the last few posts, out VP has been draining slowly and we have been sitting under 85% VP for the last day or so. At this level the votes we cast lack there full value and potential. So we will need to get back up to the mid 95% range. I will make some temporary cuts to voting and anticipate a return to baseline within 3 to 7 days, then we can resume a vote very close to the previous balance amount. Once again during this time, we are closed to new members and increased delegations until further notice.

Voting

A mentioned when power is low everyone's vote value suffers considerably so we need to get the power back up to the sweet spot again. Please take a look at this sheet for the temporary vote value. Once power rises, we should be able to get the gold vote back to around 45-46% daily will all other votes following along. Next month there will be some changes to limit paid membership and increase delegations once again. Likely including a partial delegation for all paying members or something similar. PS even the current 40% vote at our reduced power is worth $8.72, and we'll get it back over $10 in a few days.

Second Chance Post

When I look through our diverse membership, there's really fun and unique group. It's always fun to see everything steemit has to offer. Today I checked out this post from @krazypoet. This guy in making some amazing music, it was a fun track to listen too and his introduction to the song fit perfectly. I so often forget about the amazing music community here on steemit, not the mention the art and fiction communities I often overlook as well. It's been a fun opportunity to get a taste of what they have to offer by curating this great content!
