It’s not because of a New Year’s resolution (I don’t have a good track record there), but I’ve been pretty good at exercising these last two weeks. A lot of it has been from walking laps on an indoor track at a community center. I’ve been making it there about five days out of seven, pretty good by the standards of butt-sitting wombats.
