I don't understand the "daily votes by marine fauna". Is it really showing that minnows are voting more than whales?

Great question! Some examples from "daily votes by marine fauna" chart:

10% of minnows cast 40 or more votes yesterday or 90% of minnows cast less than 40 votes yesterday
30% of whales cast 40 of more votes yesterday or 70% of whales cast less than 40 votes yesterday

Basically, the horizontal axis should be read as "X% of users cast Y or less votes". Does that make sense?
