In this post I want to review @smartsteem for @oracle-d.
@smartsteem was created in 2017 by @therealwolf and @artbunny.
It's an investment and promotion-service for the Steem blockchain.
It's safe to use, you can use https://steemconnect.com to login.
It make it easier for users and investors of to grow their stake on steem and to do so in a sustainable ethical manner.

It's listed the fifth in @stateofthedapps among the finance apps, so it's promoting steem in the crypto world.

In the website you can promote your posts and choose two options buy votes, where other steemian are selling their votes, so you will be upvoted by a lot of people. Or you can participate in bidding for votes to get better roi.
You can also invest your steem power to get returns from your investment in form of steem earned from promoters and from curation.
In the settings, you can set how often you want to get the payouts.
The app seems collaborating as well with @steemmonsters.
@steemmonsters is a game built on steem blockchain.
So, you will get the attention not only from other steemians and investors, but other big communities in steem as well.
