Our story was quite similar to most of the early projects, as we also had to overcome all these challenges …

In the beginning, we were just a bunch of unrelated individuals scattered around the world with our own set of skills and hunger to start something meaningful. Some of us had little experience but wanted to join an interesting project, while others had some ideas in place but could not form the right team to bring their ideas to life. Even though our dream to build a startup has never been stronger, the truth is that at first, it was a very long, chaotic process that was tied to luck and included a lot of complicated operational work.

After going through this challenging start, our team has understood why most of the startups end up failing.

The answer was simple — on the one hand, most of the young projects fail to succeed because it is difficult to quickly form the right team, promote your project and continue working on your product all at the same time. While on the other hand, there are still millions of talented people who have to commit to boring work instead of joining interesting projects where they can make a useful impact and help ideas come to reality.

So after facing these problems, we had to come up with the solution…
