Now, it may seem that the CEO has to just sign things and attend meetings and run the company, his employees will manage everything else but truth be told, the life of a founder is much more difficult.

Yes, I get it, you're busy. You have a number of things to do but not enough time.
The company has to grow every day and every minute. You cannot be at all the places at all the time. So you have to learn to manage your time. Make sure you have fixed time for meetings and client discussion. Also remember, you got to give time for yourself. Have a good sleep. If you'll prosper, so will your company.

Analyze the data, hire data analysts. From the output obtained, make a strategy for the target audience. You may also use content marketing and search engine optimization techniques. This techniques will let you know what the consumer actually needs and will let you focus on the things that are needed and eliminate the rest.

It is vast and powerful and with the right marketing strategy, social media is the best advertising tool.
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn make sure you're everywhere. It can save you lot of money compared to conventional TV ads and newspapers.

Embrace the concept of referral marketing:
OLA cabs gave Rs.300 to each new customer and Rs.100 to the customer who referred them. This is referral marketing. This kind of strategy where you leave the marketing to the consumers is quirky and witty at the same time.

A team is the soul of the company. For the proper functioning of the company, every employer is required to contribute as much as they can. But you have to make sure that the environment is positive. The employees shouldn't feel that they are overworked or underpaid. Have regular staff meetings and talk about their problems in the office. This will make them feel involved.

What is your dream for the company? Where do you see the company in the next 10 years? Write it down and view it regularly.
This will help you remember why you started this company in the first place.
