Since I have a policy of NOT ReSteeming via my profile, I use Twitter as a way of sharing other people's Steemit posts to the wider public. I want to keep my profile page clean. I hope that my including your GIF in the campaign and sending out the tweet will help your effort along. If you can think of a way of entering the NEXT contest (whereby I simply use the #startsteemit tag in my next Steemit-Twitter campaign updtae) WITHOUT having to ReSteem I think something can be done.
