start from 0, without much money, coming to a new country, where little you know. but with the conviction that you will have a better future.

Venezuela currently going through a hard reality of economic, security, social, political. a country where opportunities for those who do not follow the Communist party of government are very few. It is quite sad this reality for a country so rich in resources like Venezuela. not only has oil, also it has tourist sites of global interest, beautiful women, and a very friendly and great human warmth people.`

when making this decision, I had little time to get an airplane ticket to Medellin, so I decided to take a bus to the border to Cucuta and from there take a plane to Medellin.

when you get to the border, it's a pretty sad atmosphere, the shortage is intense on the Venezuelan side, the empty shops, and feels quite sad atmosphere. the passage is closed, but the corruption of the Venezuelan military, allows access and passage of people if they make a payment. 15 aproximadamentes change for each person who wants to get to Colombia or enter Venezuela dollars. so I could figure out payment only get charged a dollar, the rest is for senior generals. to pay you must follow a row and walking past a bridge of about 1km, there are some people who offer you charge your luggage with a high cost.

to reach Colombia and present the documents and the story changes, you find a different official and cordial, with a kindness that makes you feel safe. It breathes a different air. then take a taxi to the airport. there I checked in on Avianca.

Medellin is a fairly large and modern city, has won recent awards as a city of innovation, with nice manners. has a pleasant climate of around 24°C; offers modern transport systems like Metro and Metro Cable an efficient infrastructure which has allowed it to host world-class events such as OAS and IDB meetings. Located in a valley surrounded by mountains, this city is always friendly to visitors. Ingenuity is a quality which the people of Antioquia prize, so it is not surprising that in 2013 Medellín was named the most innovative city in the world in the Wall Street Journal's City of the Year Contest. The 'City of Eternal Spring' is also notable for the wide range of goods on offer for those who like modern shopping malls.

I have a week here, looking for work and seeing the opportunities offered by the city, knowing. with high expectations, and eager to grow faster in this city that does not seem easy, but it is the kind of challenges for which I am made.
