A new world with Steemit
Hi, I'm a young Brazilian guy and I was very dissatisfied with the "traditional" social networks. Listening to a podcast called "BitCast," one of the presenters quoted Steemit, all about features and the new way of creating content and sharing with the world.
I was excited and went to the site and created an account to start using the service (and, of course, make some money lol). I am friendly and would like to practice my English, so I decided to create this post, obviously checking the final text with Google Translator (just to ensure that it would not offend anyone and would not even look like a terrorist, lol).
I am very enthusiastic about technological interruptions, including Blockchain (as of this post, I am CTO of Blockchain's Software House, called A * Star Labs).
Coming soon, i would like post articles about this theme, in english, obviously, but a think that if i posted in portuguese, may others brazilians girls and guys interesting and helped Steemit to grow.

Haha Google translate will give you bad advice sometimes but your English seems pretty good so you should be alright.
Welcome to the site. It takes a little time for your blog to take off so just keep at it. When you are new, it is a good idea to comment on a lot of posts because it is more profitable until you get enough of a following. Make sure you check people out before you follow them. There are "follow spammers" (for lack of a better term) who will comment and follow you but they never upvote anyone, they just are trying to get their own follower count up. Sometimes you come across scammers on here too, so be careful not to click on suspicious looking links people leave in your comment section.
Judging by what you wrote here, you seem to be interested in making good content here so you should do fine.
