Thats what the art of cinematography aims to do. Make things looking real on the screen by being so fake. One thing I've been taught, being more than 20 years in the video field, is that if you catch something real on cam, when you play it back it looks a bit less than real. So in order to make it look realistic youd have to fake it, shoot something bigger than reality so it can look real.
