SIMPLE POS POOL - Staking, an alternative to mining

What is this? Normally we hear about mining, cloud mining, mining farm, you have to buy a package, big investments... nothing of all this. Now we talk about the alternative to mining, "staking". To do this, we need a different sort of cryptocurrencies, based on Proof of Stake (PoS), so that you "stake" in the pool your coins and periodically you receive a profit on the balance of each coin.
