What are the best ways to think of ideas of startup...

I have one simple theory of Generating Ideas. and it does not only works with thinking Idea about startups but any kind of Ideas you want and any solution you want, but before going further, I want to give you little disclaimer that what ever I write might look very very simple to execute, but i will tell you that it is simple but not easy, it will require patience, and it will also consume your lot of energy.

So how to get a Good startup Idea well there are only Four steps.

Read & Refer.
So to know what could be done you have to know what has been done, so read blogs online, refer different literature, read different case study, read on Facebook or Pinertest (if you want to get quick information via info-graphics it is a good platform), , use twitter to find trending topics and find out what is trending, what is your interest, what is new going around, which industry is growing, read about the new successful startups, and also about failures, ultimately read anything related to business, but still don’t go for very specific topics, rather focus on broader topics, because initially you want to have maximum information to get a quality Idea for Startup and by going too specific you will often miss some crucial Information, and there is always some elements you can learn form any business and implement to yours, like if you learn something innovative in any different Industry, that you can implement to yours, (it is a tedious task not easy to do and using there is a limitation of Internet, it distracts easily)

Interpret
Now this is the time you go to your mind palace sit in one quite place, and just think about any freaking crazy Idea you can generate, and the quality of reading will play Important role in Generating Idea though you might not even realize, and also make sure you are in a very fresh state of mind, then only you can connect the dots and which will generate Ideas, now you should continue till you get one Idea which clicks, (while you are thinking about new idea you will enjoy it, but one you are done with it you will feel the effects of how tiresome the think can be).

Evaluation & Feasibility.
Once you generate the Idea which clicks its time to evaluate it, if a business is practically possible with your Idea, is it financially feasible, If your answer is Yes then proceed with final Step i.e. Preparing Business Plan and if your answer is No then Repeat the possess form step one or two what ever suites your situation.

Preparing Business Plan:
Business Plan Includes each and every minute element of your proposed business in detail, you have to convert your Idea to into a actual blueprint of Business, you have to mention what your business actually is, what is its mission, vision of your business, who are your major competitors and how your business is planning to compete, who is your Target Audience, what are the fund Requirements, form where you are planning to acquire it, what are the resources required and how will you acquire it, SWOT analysis, profitability of your business, form where you will earn all can be mentioned in business plan, so if we have to divide the business Plan into two parts it would be Functional Model & Revenue Model one describes what your business is and how will it function, other describes how will it earn.

So that is it, it was very simple logical process no rocket science it is what almost every one of us perform consciously or unconsciously, but the only problem is lack of focus and patience.
