OUTLIERS:1000 Rule

I don't know why you joined steemit... But for me, I'll tell you...

• I've always wanted my own blog but I couldn't really squeeze out money to get one. Now, steemit came along, gave me a platform, a voice and an audience.

and it gets better..... Steemit pays too.

I want to thank the initiative behind steemit. This is more than an answered prayer for lots of people. Me at the forefront.

Today, I want to share a secret with you, "my fellow steemian". A secret I got from the book Outliers by Malcolm.

Outliers are ordinary people who get extra-ordinary results in the field of their interest.

This guys are often attributed the Midas touch. so people think.

But they never knew it took a whole lot of churning of the milk before the cheese comes to being.

These guys are in the spotlight, they are the frontiers and everyone wants to be like them.

Some are at the front or top through dubious means, am not concerned about them..... Time is a leveler. Just be calm and watch.

This post is dedicated to those who went through the grit and rose to the top.

People who understand the meaning of grit and creativity.
Those are the real heros.

Those steemians are worth celebrating. I know just a few of them. If you know others, you can comment them below so we can celebrate them. But I know @ejemai, @dee-y and a few other I follow.

Not only do they give good contents, they also teach hard work and creativity. Kudos to you guys.

Now to the secret: To be a master at whatever you choose, there is a 1000 hours rule

That's just it. The rule applies to every facet of life.... Marriage, relationships, skills, programming, animations, gaming ....the list is endless.

Repeat an act a thousand times, you become a master at it. But at your pace

It also applies here on steemit. Spend 1000 hours doing whatever you like on steemit and your results will be breathtaking.

I don't want everyone to see the light in what am saying, not everyone should see the sense in it.

But if you do, congrats to you. I hope you'll come back to this post someday when you become a master steemian.

You can break own your 1000 hours into your days as you wish.....
*2hours on steemit daily, it takes 500 days.
*5hours on steemit daily, it takes 200 days.
*10hours on steemit daily, it takes 100 days.

The funny thing is just that whatever is convenient for you, steemit still pays you.

This platform is awesome.

Go at your own pace.

See steemit from a professional point of view.

Look beyond the sbds...... Find a purpose for your steemit account.

Be obsessed with fulfilling that purpose.

Create value even if you don't get upvotes.

Stick to the process.

Just want someone out there to have a different view towards steemit.

This platform is bigger than money..... It offers widescale influence
