Announcing STACH Post Review and Markdown training Sessions.

Hello everyone, today we’re bringing you words from the STACH community majorly known for our vision to decentralize the offline. This post is initiated by the measure of care we have for the members of this amazing community.
STACH is and has been an offline vehicle we have been using to decentralize the offline and currently it is the fastest onboarding platform for the African Steemit community.
We decided onboarding is not enough and have decided to add some activities that will help improve user's experience.

STACH DISCORD POST REVIEW SESSIONS

With the number users in this community growing daily, we have been missing out on some important things. STACH authors are known for creating quality and the selflessness that these steemians express in growing steemit in their respective regions. Yet, that’s not all we thrive to achieve. We hope to intensify the commitment of our members and assure quality from every STACH-steemian.
The team behind the project after brainstorming for a couple of weeks have finally come up with the idea to integrate some new features on our discord server a post review session, aimed at training writers and making new ones out of those who never thought they could be. The idea of post review was born due to unrewarded but quality contents. We brought about this initiative first to help authors improve on their communication skills (writing) and then get rewarded.

What to expect.

STACH POST REVIEW SESSIONS will be anchored and the following features are to be expected from each session;
• Professional review on posts and encouragement to lift the sleeve of a committed writer.
• Guests who are professional in each categories of writing.
• Authors will also get to make new friends and improve their fan-base by interactions during and after POST-REVIEW.
• Special curation reward will be given on quality posts.
Time: 9PM on TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS

ACTIVE DISCORD MEMBERS CHALLENGE

We have also made some plans to reward every active members on STACH discord. With this plan we will be paying a little bit more attention to users who contribute positively to our discord channel on daily basis through interacting with other users and making new friends.
TIME: SATURDAY EVENINGS 9PM (Gmt +1)
This will take place at the end of every week. Users who interacted the most will be rewarded with upvotes, SBD’s and STEEM.

STACH MARKDOWN TUTORIALS

Countless times, we have been faced with situations where users don’t really know how to format their posts. We try our best to teach and explain on our part but that haven’t been impactful to a great extent. We are making it a point to teach all users (all at a time) on our discord channel. The rationale for this is to save us the stress of having to explain the same thing over and over again to different persons. We will also be creating some video tutorials for users to facilitate and aid the process of learning.
TIME: 9PM (Gmt +1) EVERY SUNDAYS.

This is not all but due to time and space we stop here for now. The aim of these new initiatives is to improve user engagement and also help build the quality of STACH authors on steemit. We greatly hope to make STACH discord the best experience a steemian can ever have.
