It get things done at a greater pace,it encourages and not to discourage in anyway.it keeps things upright the way they should be,there is this saying "United we Stand,divided we fall". The united power can never be underestimated, because you see,where there is unity things are done easily without delay because it makes you to see the same way,have the same goal,mission and strategies to work it in to action..to each and everyone it might have meaning differently...some can tag it TOGETHERNESS,some. TEAMING..
