Hi everyone, good morning to you all, and once again we welcome you to the @minnowtears Steemit blog page. We are happy that we are able to complete our 31 days no stop blogging here on Steemit. The Twp days passed has not been easy for the crew of the @minnowtears, we are glad we are back on track to, entertain,educate, motivate and also sensitize other steemians who are yet to know what Steemit is all about. Food for thought.

Success without successor is tantamount to a colossal failure.

We are happy to announced to everyone that our avatar will be launched soon along with our introductory post. It has not been easy posting on Steemit without a define identity as a community,and that has led to the delay in creating our introductory post before now. We believed in doing things in the right way. Our roadmap is clear and define and all what you need to know about @minnowtears can only be found in our introductory post. Our mission, vision, roadmap etc are all to be explained in that post. We are currently working on that for us to move to another phase of accomplishment as a community that we are, we aims and objective to Carry out.

WHAT WE STAND TO DO @MINNOWTEARS COMMUNITY

Steemit has been like an exchange market floor where all potential buyers and sellers meet to transact business. This is a bit different from that,because Steemit is a platform where you create content,post,comment and earn in return for a good job well done. Most people has recorded incredible testimony's to what and how the platform has change their lives for good, through finance, knowledge, creativity etc. Among all this many still languish in tears of low payout from their post after putting mush efforts in creating one. Yes we all know about that,investors and others who where able to buy enough steem power is know that enjoying the platform due to their enormous influence they command through UPVOTE. It saddens one heart seeing someonepost having about $456,$700,$250 maybe with less content and you are like dam it,you see people rushing to make comment just to attract attention from the author. On that same platform you have spend 3hours, a day or week in compiling a post and at the end nothing to show forth for the effort,or despite the use of bot to run the post the desire result is yet to be meet,this are issue and problems faced daily by minnows on the platform which was the reason why we came into the picture to help solidified the gap between the big guy's (Whale)and the up coming ones (minnows) on this platform.

We are not to cater for minnows alone but also the redfish,and plankton on Steemit. We are also be fully involved in giving back to the community by throwing contest where every participants will received something from the community account, and also running of philanthropist work on our blog both off stewmit and to those who need our help here on Steemit. This is just a tip of what we are hereto offer as a community. Without your support and recommendation by resteeming every of our post for more visibility, achieving this may takes us longer time to do,but we have made up our mind not to settle for the least until we are done with achieving our goal.
