Getting upvotes on steemit for newbies

Hello steemians!
One of the challenges newbies face on steemit is getting upvote and it really discouraged putting enough time on a most and the effort put into the post is not been rewarded,so today am making a post on how to get upvote on steemit.
Newbies mostly used steemit and steem as their main category tag and using does tag if your post does not get an upvote within 30minute of posting your post will not be quickly been seen unless it a trending post and as a newbies it takes time for your post to trend.

As a newbie to get Upvote from PAL (The Peace, Abundance, and Liberty) Discord server is the true home of the Minnow Support Project. It a discord group create to support newbies on steemit get upvote.
REGISTRATION
Registration on PAL( The Peace, Abundance and Liberty) is not just for using the bots — it is the first step to membership. First enter the #register channel, and type the command $register yoursteemitusername.
Then if you can’t remember if you’re registered, you can always check by going to #registration and typing $verify yoursteemitusername.

After the registration go to the upvote channel on the PAL discord server and type $upvote plus your post link and y out will automatically get an upvote worth at least $0.134 and if your also lucky you will receive an upvote from @pharesim worth $0.553. Also using mspsteem.com and making used of the mspsteem your post may received upvote and also a resteem from minnowsupport. Finally if you post is been selected among the top five post,you will received 5steem from @minnowsupport.
Also as a newbies you can also received 0.01 upvote form @originalworks by mention originalworks on your post or on comment.

Hmm, I'm not sure I fully understand how this works. You pay a bot a small amount to give you a guaranteed medium amount?
Is this kind of usage in line with the spirit of the site (users paying each other to upvote each other)?
You are not paying the bot the micro sbd(0.001) is a means of communication
