MYSTERY IN THE DAYLIGHT "CHOICES OF A TEEN" PART 3

Still pondering on how to go about their strange investigation after the police had released Daniel on probation. Daniel and his aunty Stella was escorted by Jim the police man to the scene of the crime “the tree house”
They began walking on their way to the beach, suddenly the woman from before stopped them to speak to his aunt Stella about Daniel’s behavior. Daniel was in a haste to uncover the truth of the whole matter, but mostly to free himself from any allegations the police might seem to have on him.

On getting to the scene he discovered the house was roughly dismantled from within. He took a closer look at it but really couldn’t see much as it was nightfall already. Jim put on his touch to lead the way and they could see that blood was covered around the tree house, in shock the police said quietly “whose blood could this be? Daniel said angrily it must be the poor boy’s blood. The strange lady killed him. “wait hold on there boy, you mean Vivian” said jim. Vivian was the name of the strange lady that called to Daniel. “But she accused you of doing that while she was up in the tree” Jim said again this time confused. Daniel was getting on top of his voice at this point after talking to the detective how he went in to save the boy and the woman ran for help and blamed him for now reason.

Jim was getting really furious too now “but she told us that after he husband left the tree house with his car she found a boy bleeding in the water so she called for help, and you somehow killed him before she got back”. Jim was going back at this time because he knew definitely the woman was lying and had to be detained for killing a boy. Daniel became released at the time because he knew the police were off his backs. But yet he felt worried for what they might do with the woman. Daniel rushed off to follow Jim as he was starting off the engine of his automobile. On getting to Vivian’s apartment. Jim saw a red car driving away from the house but he didn’t mind as he went in to knock. Vivian opened the door swiftly with bruces in her face. She was surprised to see Mr. Jim at her door. Jim told her of her crimes and immediately asked that she be taken to the station for questioning.

She was shoved in the back of the car to the station and this time for a more detailed questioning. Daniel was back at home safe from the troubles and safe from the weirdness of the whole scenario. His aunty still clueless to the whole matter was roaming about in circles, but was ultimately glad that Daniel was home.
The wind blowed on Daniel face as he could feel it was about to rain, and he loved the rain just about to dose of, a strange call came in. his aunt picked it in the living room, the phone was a landline and anybody in the house could pinch in to the conversation. So Daniel picked up the phone next to him to

hear…………..what???? he said in shock. It was vivian’s voice . it seemed that at the police station she was offered one call and she was using it to call his aunt. “but why would she waste her only call on my aunt” he said to himself as he continued listening. She apologized on the phone for wrongly accusing Daniel but she also begged that stella help her find out who really killed the boy for she was innocent???

INNOCENT? Could it be that someone else killed the boy. She seemed to sound convincing on the phone.
Daniel was ready to uncover the case to the letter.
Who killed the boy find out in the final two episode of mystery in the daylight.
