August is certainly my month of good vibes, it was another fun night at the #stach-dsw with @winarobert. We had four participants in the spoken words challenge, @imbigdee treated us with his comic piece as usual. Then I also made my entry, @bookoons and @prechyrukky also did as well.

@winarobert and @julietisreal also made their entrues and they were equally beautiful. If you are a lover of poetry, you shouldn't miss this show.

Here's my own piece;

When we hear beauty,
We try to come up with a definition,
Something that fits into our description,
But beauty is meant to be looked at with fascination,

Beauty for some, is having a fair skin,
Others see beauty as a skinny blonde lady,
To you, beauty might be in branded clothes,
Or in a nice mascara,

The moment you try to define beautiful,
In that instant, beauty is no longer meaningful,
How can we define what beauty is,
When we are not the ones who made it,

Beauty is in everything,
Even the little things we call nothing,
Like how the sight of a setting sun can be so breathtaking,
And the arrangement of stars in the sky can be fascinating,

You'll find beauty in a child's eyes,
It's a glow that shines like sunrise,
You'll find beauty in a lover's smile, such that opens up the cloudy skies,
You'll find it in a laughter, so natural and loud, it delights even butterflies,

Beauty is in a flower, that never questions why,
In the rivers that flows and birds that flies,
All part of the creator's plan,
To beautify the world of man,

The beauty about beauty is that it cannot be defined,
It cannot be defined, made, remade or replicated,
No wonder we all born in different shapes, color and sizes,
Each one of us, a show of creativity, the creator's masterpiece,

Beauty is you, beauty is me,
Beauty is in our differences,
Beauty is what you see, when you look at the mirror,
Beauty is what remains, when there's nothing else
