look who decided to show up . last year I was traveling to Sri pada (sacred footprint) I think you guys know it as adem's peak . which we locals believe where held to be the footprint of load Buddha . Many pilgrims of all faiths visit the peak every year. Heavy chains on the mountain’s southwestern face, said to have been placed there by Alexander the Great, mark the route to the summit.

this was one of the hardest walks of my life but when you start getting higher the view is amazing, would not recommend for everybody but if you like waking up stares for a couple of hours it is worth it .

It is not easy to get there, the way up and down its pretty hard, but definitely worth for it. Just prepare yourself good with warm clothes or blanket while are you waiting for sunrise. It could be pretty crowded tho! Not only with tourist but with the locals as well. So definitely you are not going to be romantically alone there.
