President Yoon and Sarandos also talked about enhancing the cultural ties between South Korea and the U.S. through collaborations on Korean content distributed via global platforms. This information was provided by spokesperson Kim Soo-kyung.

Last year, during President Yoon's state visit to Washington, Sarandos announced that Netflix plans to invest $2.5 billion in South Korea over the next four years to produce Korean TV series, movies, and scripted shows.

It's confirmed that Lee Jung-jae will return for Season 2 of the highly successful Netflix series
