What goes into preparing for a violin recital?
A lot of practice and collaborations, rehearsals and modifications with other accompaniments. Here, I am collaborating with my instructor Petia Radneva-Manolova and a pianist from the NC Symphony Orchestra.
Depending on the piece I am playing, it can be a little nerve-wracking but it always seems to come together. I also find it difficult to play with the piano because I am having to listen to not only my playing and counting, but also the pianist.
About the piece: "Rondo Alla Turca" ("Turkish March" or "Turkish Rondo") Composed by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in 1783
