About the Spume Token:-
The spume currency (ticker: SPUME) is an ERC20 token that operates on the Ethereum blockchain. It has a total supply of 100 million tokens with 18 decimal places and is divided into 100 million tokens with 18 decimal places. It is built on top of the Ethereum blockchain. It is a digital asset that can be traded on stock exchanges and other online venues like cryptocurrency exchanges. Bittrex is a cryptocurrency exchange that specializes in the trading of utility tokens, and it is the most well-known of the bunch. For example, it might be used to pay for items and services, amongst other things.
Conjunction with the Snapshot class:-
The token, in conjunction with the Snapshot class, represents an implementation of Open Zeppelin's standard ERC20 token, with the Snapshot class being created on top of it as an add-on to the standard token. When combined with the Snapshot class, the token acts as an implementation of Open Zeppelin's standard ERC20 token, which is used to produce a snapshot of the current state. The introduction of the snapshot class has enabled us to capture photographs of the current carriers of Spume at any stage in their life, regardless of when the photographs were taken. Unless otherwise specified, each snapshot retains all of the information that was included in it.
It is recorded on the blockchain and is open for scrutiny by anybody who wishes to conduct such an investigation. Photographic capabilities will only be made available in the near future to accounts that have previously been given permission to do so by the system administrator. These photos may be used for a variety of purposes, including voting with the Spume DAO and awarding incentive payments to people who have engaged in the NFT Marketplace, when suitable, among other things. In theory, everyone who has SPUME shares in the DAO is regarded to be a shareholder in the firm, and that is exactly what is expected to happen.
Spume Dao Treasury and Dividends:-
Similar to how shareholders benefit from the 2.5 percent Marketplace cost, the DAO also benefits from the 2.5 percent Marketplace fee by paying dividends to its stockholders. DAO Treasury smart contracts, rather than delivering dividend payments to individual members, gather dividend payments and distribute them to the DAO's individual members on behalf of the DAO, as opposed to traditional dividend distribution methods. In exchange for their participation in the DAO, the participants will be rewarded in this way as a result of their participation. In recognition of the fact that the DAO holds 20% of all SPUME tokens, they are entitled to receive 20% of the Marketplace's transaction fee, which is 2.5 percent, as compensation for their holdings.
About the members:-
Among people who engage in the DAO's operations, there is a difference drawn between members and shareholders. Individuals who make monetary donations to the DAO are referred to as members of the organization. Members are those who engage in the activities on a regular basis and are associated with the organization. Individuals make monetary contributions to the organization's operating expenses, which are referred to as member contributions. A shareholder of the DAO in the business is a member of the general public who does not work for the DAO but who owns a certain amount (or fraction) of Spume held by the enterprise.

Shareholders in the DAO are defined as those who own a certain amount of Spume in the DAO, as opposed to other individuals. Simply said, anybody may become a member of the DAO and/or make an investment in the DAO as a shareholder, regardless of their financial circumstances, and as previously indicated, this is true regardless of their financial conditions. People who perform services on the organization's behalf and are reimbursed from the DAO Treasury, which is funded by the organization's Dividends, must first become members of the organization.
