Are you ready for SPUD7?

Although I am in Steemit since last two years, I came to know about Steem Power Up Day or SPUD only some months back as I have become more active recently only here. Next SPUD event is taking place on 1st November, 2019. This movement was initiated by @streetstyle , @xpilar and many other fellow steemians. In this event, people do power up with steem. Some prizes are also given by community members to reward those who power up on this day. More participation means more power up and less steem in circulation. It can surely help to prevent steem price falling. Every month SPUD event takes place on the first day of the month and six SPUD events have already happened till date.
Steem power is a big factor in steem economy and it is the driving force in the steem ocean. Small steemians can reap good benefit from their participation in the SPUD event and it can surely help them to swim faster. SPUD brings value to the eco system of steem. It encourages creation of quality content and curation. Yes, I am taking part in SPUD7! Are you participating?
