RE: Preliminary Results #SPUD4STEEM - AUGUST
It has been brought into our attention that our community member (@creativeblue) has been accused of "unethical" actions by @florianghe
After going through terms and conditions of SPUD we see no rules that has been "broken" by this user. All power ups took place on 1st of August. And public terms and conditions didn't forbid anyone from breaking power up into few "phases". What matters is total sum of powered up STEEM.
Otherwise it should be stated in obvious way, that only one power-up matters. Can you imagine situation, where you would power up 1500 steem and few minutes later you would power up another 500 steem - and you would be told by some frustrated person that your second power up doesn't matter.
Congratulation for having 2nd place and I wish to chill out little bit. It absolutely not worth your anger and frustration.

Hello @project.hope,
Your community member (@creativeblue) did not show a printscreen before the power up and as you can see the rules states it's a MUST to show one..If you will read the rules of the contest, you will see that at point 6:
I would like to know your thoughts in this matter...
Just curious,
Yours, George
Hello @georgemales:
We would have to balance it out and determine who represents the biggest contribution to the blockchain: an inactive account that injected 2K steem or a fully active account which brought fresh 8K steem to the blockchain.
We would have to assess Who showed the most confidence in Steem Blockchain. Who has brought more value to Steem.
Dear George, @georgemales
I'm not sure if you're serious or are you just trolling.
Even if user @creativeblue didn't provide a printscreen proving amount of STEEM before powerdown, then you can easily verify it.
Just a moment ago you had a problem that @creativeblue didn't power at once and he broke it into 3 phases. Now this ....
I'm big fan of sports, and your excused remind me of those athletes who cannot accept 2nd place and they will come up with any pathetic excuses. It's really sad to watch.
This case isn't worth our time any more. Good luck to you and I'm sorry to see level of your frustration.
Regards,
