STEEM POWER UP DAY / Do You Even Steem?

Today, the first of May is SPUD, Steem Power Up Day. If you didn´t put this date in your agenda, you do not have to worry a bit. Because there is still PLENTY of time to participate!
What is SPUD?
Steem Power Up Day is something that has been around for some time, but is recently picked up by @kiwiscanfly. (A Kiwi can´t fly btw, their wing-bodyweight ratio is not balanced, it´s basically a mini-ostrich with a long nose)
Back to the topic.. On SPUD, every Steemian is encouraged to cancel running power-downs, and/or to power up liquid STEEM they have in their account or bought on the exchanges.
So, if you have STEEM and you want to have more influence on the platform, today is the day to power it up and brag about it! We want to see your post! And that's a fact.

I can tell you to do it, but you will likely think: "If Steemit is really that awesome as you say it is, do you put your money where your big mouth is?"
YEAHHHH, to raise the bar a bit, I bought some STEEM today and powered it all up. In total, I double my own stake, from 4569 SP to 9167 SP and have requested several leases to get my running SP to 100.000 SP by June.
Prices are hella cheap these days and I have more buy orders ready! (Check my NEXT SPUD)
