What is SPUD?

SPUD or the STEEM Power-Up Day is a regular event done at the strike of the end of every month initiated by @streetstyle which aims to give a message of collecting steem power and not selling it for the reason of supporting the price. If many people would just power-up their steem it would make the factor of scarcity an thus making the value of steem go up, that was the idea behind it.

So what do we do on the SPUD day?

• We just ask steemians to power-up their steem at the end of the month.
• We just ask that if they have sell order in exchanges that they would cancel it on the end of the month.
