Your Manticore is waisted here, always put it in second position so it can use its reach attack. Your sea genie can still use its magic attack from 3rd slot.

Me, personally, I'd switch the javelin thrower and mushroom around. In the unlikely even your front end gets broken your javelin thrower would be useful in first position. Keeping it behind mushroom means you can still use both in attack of mushroom is in tank position.

Plus for rear end defence, having your javelin thrower behi d means it has higher health to stave off any sneak attack.

I'd also swap out your Orc for an earth elemental, just because it has the same health (self heal at lvl 4) and it can still launch range attacks(+2) from the back. Looks like your orc did nothing in that battle.
