I don't know what happened! I seldom get sick, then BOOM!!! One week after another!!! So I wasn't able to cook the Pancit. I wish I did, because I always want to try a new recipe sooner than later. I have all the ingredients, though... so maybe I will try this weekend, and post an article during the week.
