Splintertalk.io - Start writing and curating SPT posts
One of the best thing to being a steemmonsters maverick was getting the airdrop of SPT tokens. Since then, I had stake all my SPT and curating all posts on Splintertalk.io, and some on the forum.
Previously on Steemit, we had to search for steemmonsters tags to read, which is a hassle. Now, we just head to splintertalk.io and all steemmonsters/splinterlands related posts are in one place. I am also upvoting almost all posts on splintertalk everything. That is because 50/50 is really good for us. I think I am getting close to 1000 SPT just by upvoting others posts.
Of course there are some spam posts here too, people posting their actifit etc which has nothing to do with splinterlands. And starting now, I will begin to downvote these posts that abuse the spt tag.
If you are a Maverick or hold a good amount of SPT, will not help others by giving them upvotes. The more help we give these new players, the more they will spend on splinterlands, helping the game grow. Everyone wins!

The time to collect SPT is now as its easy to attain a few thousand simply by posting good content and responding to the topics of others.
Depends what the payouts are like. I've done this before in the past on the normal steem interfaces promoting monster stuff and frankly got bored off it and the incentives lacked. I'm also not a maverick but have spent a few hundred of Australian fiat on these cards.

some non spt related post gets upvotes. but spt related new user posts didn't get upvote from here. because spammers like spam posts. we need some downvote system for non related splintertalk post.
Good points jrvacation, those with significant stake in the platform have essentially a responsibility, to curate and steer the platform in the right direction using their voting power.
totally agree! recently there are spam everywhere .... aaa and now here.

Well written and agreed - I am one of these mavericks that missed the airdrop - hence I have bought some tiny SPT amount and now actually need to work for more lol
