NAVAS IS BACK IN TRAINING

The Costa Rican was not involved in the 3-0 thrashing of Real Madrid at the hands of Eibar. He wasn’t there to witness a poor display once again from his Real Madrid teammates.

It’s been a difficult season for Real Madrid since Zidane and Ronaldo left the club. Everything seems to have crashed at the club. The defeat to Real Madrid will come as a shocking reminder that even with Solari, certain things will have to be fixed.

From the victory against Celta Vigo last time before the international break, it looked like Real Madrid was finally finding their mojo, their rhythm. Now however, after Real Madrid have confirmed the signing of Solari as coach, they went ahead to lose against Eibar, the first loss of the new boss as coach of Real Madrid.

On Sunday morning, the players returned to training. They prepare to take on AS Roma in Rome. They want to do everything to ensure that they finish well on top of the group.

Several players were still missing with Sergio Reguilon, Nacho, Casemiro and the recently injured, Alvaro odriozola. Navas though was seen training after undergoing a knee surgery, cell treatment.
